our mission
Unite and Support
Window Film Revolution was started with a simple precept in mind. Get enough positive and like minded people together and great things will happen! WFR is a collection of the best people this industry has to offer! Our goal is to develop unity within the industry and uplift each other with positive reinforcement, information, networking and education. We hold each other accountable for the purpose of not only raising our own individual standards but to raise the standards and practices of the entire window tinting industry.

Founder
When social media started to take off I realized it to be a great platform and tool to do exactly what i had already been doing, Bringing positive like minded people together!
In February of 2015 we launched WFR on the social media platform Facebook. Since it’s inception, WFR has helped to bring thousands of our industry professionals together!
We regularly meet and spend time with each other at various events and trade shows as well as staying in touch on social media. We live, laugh, learn and love together!
We are excited and look forward to continuing bringing people together right here at Window Film Revolution.com!

Family, laughter and learning. I started slinging film in 1996 in dealers.
I’m 42, from Sydney Australia. …
2005 I went at it as a contractor and started my own company in 2007. Put on employees and quickly learnt the art of tint and the need for genuine, quality installers in the industry.
Around 2012 I met Boyd hunter. We clicked straight away, we’d heard of each other but hadn’t crossed paths until then. My network of amazing people in the industry grew and my thirst for learning and open mind had just clicked into gear. Now come PPF, vinyl wrapping, printing, social media networking and travelling to the USA to work in Texas.
I want to travel America and share my knowledge as well as learn from the legends of the industry.
I love to entertain, laugh and learn. I’m a workaholic and have a thirst to always do my best.
Love to help where I can… open invitation to anyone reading this. If you need help please just ask.

Fusion Tools
Nick and Jordan met in 2013 and as their relationship grew so did the business. Nick and Jordan decided it was better to work together to help Fusion Tools become a household name in every installers shop. They even hired a crazy Belgian guy named Filip that takes care of Europe for them. Over the years they’ve attended many industry trade shows, met installers all over the world, been known to pop into shops unexpectedly with bags of goodies, and made some of the industry’s favorite products.
Now, with the help of WFR and the entire PPF, Tint, & Vinyl community Fusion Tools is growing and working hard to bring you more of the high quality products you’ve come to expect.

application in the dark-room and print shop arena, as well as some fabrication and machine
work, along with general mechanics along the way. “A window tinter? Maybe, maybe not” was
his thoughts. “I just saw a help wanted sign out at the shop I had just paid – literally days before
– for tint work, and stopped in. At the time, I just thought that would be a super cool job! Stereo
shop/detail shop/tint shop?? Man I would have swept floors just to work there, so I went in and
checked it out”.
Well, long story short, that’s where Jeff’s story in our industry began. He was hired on at his first
job as a window tinter at the Bass Station in Griffin Ga, in the spring of 1991. He trained under
the lead tinter there for a few weeks, but didn’t train long before he was doing his own style.
He was a natural. Fast forward to 1994 where he took a job in another shop in Riverdale Ga, at
Klassy Window Tint. There the demand was three times what he had experienced, so he had to
step up his game. This is where he made a change on his shop sprayers that would eventually be
engineered into a brand and industry solution with Tint Hozilla. “The sprayers back then tripped
me out. I had never used anything above a poly-spray2 in capacity or function. When I went to
work in a shop where everything was pump 3 gallon sprayers, I didn’t know how to act. That
was cool…. until I got tired of fixing broken sprayers!” Jeff set out to fix that problem, did so
successfully, and the original design is still in manufacture today, with over 1500 units in shops
worldwide. Jeff’s career hasn’t always been on the upswing – he has had his share of heartache
and failure – but through it all has become one of our industry’s most knowledgeable, yet humble
leaders. His career has brought him super diversity, installing films in anything from a fishing
boat, to rock crushers in a quarry, or excavating equipment, or even large flat glass jobs and high
security government vehicles requiring security films, and then working and all but mastering the
automotive field during the whole day-to-day process.
Having spent his life working on techniques, improving tools, and learning about new products,
Jeff intends to share his knowledge with our industry, in an effort to improve the quality and
integrity of the industry, as well as invest his time in the growth of the industry and in educating
industry peers. To date, Jeff still single-handedly installs film on 120+ vehicles per month, plus
occasional flat glass installation and some vehicle wrapping.
“One day, I will have to leave this industry. Between now and then, it is my mission to pass
forward every skill I’ve learned both in accomplishing our day to day goals of becoming the best
at what we do, and in life application through our industry. This is also my personal learning field.”
Whether it is running the business, or out there in the heat of the moment, installing in the
toughest of circumstances, Jeff Welch has stood the test of time, and has committed himself to
integrate with the forward movements of the Window Film Revolution Group, and is here to help
anyone in need.

Happily married, 3 kids and expecting another baby May 2020. Hardest working in the room… Let’s get it !!…God, Family, I have been in the Window Film Industry for 21 years and still learning.
The industry has been great to me, it has allowed me to meet my wife and some fantastic people world wide and travel. Some people from USA I consider my best friends it’s great.
Growing up my family had a tint shop, I wanted to be a tinter also. It’s funny sitting down now at the school interviews and my kids telling the principle they want to be a tinter ?
I have been super blessed to have been on various levels as a trainee, a tinter, a trainer, distribution and now a brand.
Before making every decision I am always conscious of what would be best for the industry. Sometimes putting the industry before myself has cost me money. Stick to your core values and keep pushing. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.

Actually, I believe it started over a disagreement with my father about a bike that was to be a birthday present. Before his passing, my dad had built a chain of automotive tint shops called Ar-Tech Auto Tint and Alarms in Houston, TX and owned a Solar-X of Texas as well. The disagreement was over the amount of money he felt was reasonable to spend on a bike for a first grader. He offered to give me an amount of money and I would have to work for the cost of the bike over that amount. We agreed that I could come to work with him on Saturdays and in the summer to earn $2.00 an hour to clean the shop. After the first day, I was hooked! Fast cars, sharp knives and loud music, what is not to like? It could not have been a day or two before the guys in the shop realized that the hands of a six year old would have plenty of room to clean and stick a bunch of tall skinny quarter glasses common in that era. It was not long after that, I sat down at the dinner table with the boss, determined to broker a better deal for myself! I got it too! I would be paid $2.00 per hour and an additional $2.00 per window I tinted.
Over the years, I have been very fortunate to see the industry evolve from several different viewpoints. I have managed several high-volume stores, owned a shop for a few years, managed an aftermarket department for a dealership, and now work for a manufacturer. I believe that the last few years of growth in our industry is directly related to the willingness to share our knowledge and experiences with one another.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife of fifteen years and our two sons. My oldest son loves to play sports! He is very good at soccer, basketball and Taekwondo. It will not be long before his little brother will be ready to follow in his footsteps. Watching them play and teaching them to succeed is my favorite pastime.

Though I learned to tint, my strengths are in business, coaching, developing talent, extraordinary leadership and customer service. I am great at turning a non-profitable, underperforming business around and making it soar to success while doing what’s best for the customer. My background is 20 years working in high level leadership at one of the top 4 banks in the United States. So I understand financials, profit margins, and how to make a business profitable!!!
I learn things quickly, so tint came easy for me to learn and now I am also PASSIONATE about both flatglass and automotive film, Paint Protection and Ceramic Coatings. I had to also learn about vehicles…I am always learning about vehicles every day because vehicles become more and more complex every year! I love learning new things and sharing what I learn. WFR is a great for place that! I believe anyone can do anything they set their mind to, and I will help in any way—even with my competition. I feel if we all work together it betters our industry so I work with local shops near me and we refer each other business. I believe in partnerships and adding value to my partners. I run Sunray Tint strategically and we are high quality, amazing customer service and high volume.
We have amazing tinters and only allow positivity in the shop. If you walk in our shop you will always be greeted by a smile and a welcome. Your vehicle will be treated as if it is our own; people trust us with their vehicles. We believe in teamwork, a solid process that works!!
We are family owned and operated. I get the opportunity to work with my daughter—she runs the front, my son in law is in the bay, our tinters are 3 brothers plus others that we say we adopt because everyone is family! Our flatglass leader is Butch and Sue’s grandson, so we have deep family roots at our shop and it’s a fun place to work.
People are sometimes surprised to see two women running a tint shop, but we win them over in a second when they realize we know what we are doing and willing to help them make an informed decision on their film!!!
When I’m not at work, my passion is my family. I’m married with 2 adult children and 3 adult step children, one of which is serving in the Military, so I worry about him as all mothers do. We love going to concerts, traveling, doing anything adventurous from sky diving to scuba diving and everything in between. We love making memories!! I also enjoy flower arranging, just being at home watching some good TV and the sport of boxing. I train and spar and love it!! So I’m here to help anyone be successful in any way, all you have to do is let me know! Let’s take this industry to the NEXT LEVEL!
